3 New Quick Tips, 1 New Envelope Bag and a Birthday Card!!!!

By | 01/13/2013

I’ve been busy creating this weekend!  It is so relaxing to just spend time at my craft table.  You really need to claim some small space that you can have a table and a small amount of storage space (even if it is under the table), just so you can sit down at any moment when you have a few minutes.

Alas, that is a post for another day!  Let me share my creations with you from the last two days!

happybirthdayflowerI’ve definitely been in a bright color mood lately.  I almost feel like I’m just craving bright and happy colors!  This card was so simple.  I’ve been meaning to make it for quite some time.

I’ve been trying to decide how to use the large label type framelit in the Apothecary Accents Framelit set.  This time, I cut it in half and flipped the halves around so the points met in the middle.  I put the Pacific Point band across it after creating 2 score lines along each edge and then created my flower with punches and dimensionals for the center.

All of the red highlighted words are clickable links so you can see and read more about each product.

Papers:  Whisper White, Gumball Green, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight card stock.  Brights Designer Series Paper (#117155) to match and create the flowers.

Ink:  Pacific Point

Stamp Set:  You’re Amazing (#126722)

Accessories:  Simply Scored Scoring Tool (#122334)…can you see that the Pacific Point band is scored twice on each edge?, Blossom Punch (#125603), Fancy Flower Punch (#118073), Boho Blossoms Punch (#119858), Apothecary Accents Framelits (#127003), Basic Pearls, Big Shot (#113439)
