Free Printable Project Sheet And Video Tutorial For Big Shot Organizer Box!

By | 07/11/2016

Get your printable project sheet and watch the video tutorial to create these magazine style organizers from your craft stash!  Use them to organize your cards, framelits, thinlets, and embossing folders!

Last week, I challenged you to gather your framelits, thinlets and embossing folders to get them organized!

Use whatever framelit organization system you have and just get them gathered together and organized so you can find them and all the pieces are together.

Just in case you don’t have a system, I thought I would share mine with you:

Craft Room Organization Framelits, Thinlets, Embossing Folders

I have a tall drawer unit from Ikea that I keep my Big Shot on.  I’ve placed a bookshelf from a dollar store on top of it to hold all of my Big Shot tools.  I use the bottom shelf for my platforms, cutting plates and die brush.  The next 2 shelves hold my embossing folders and dies.  You can see the first two magazine style holders that I created to hold my framelits and embossing folders.

I’ve created 5 in all in two different sizes, one to hold the larger folders and framelit sets and one to hold the regular sized ones.

I’ve share with you before that I use magnet sheets attached to the tag board the thinlets come attached to for holding my dies in place.  I keep the plastic sleeves to slide the magnet sheets into.  This system works really well for me.

Over the weekend, I added my leftover designer paper and some washi tape to add a decorative touch and to cover the magnets.  See what I mean with this video tutorial:

The boxes should look like this:
