Go Make A Mess

That’s right!  Go make a mess!

I got a new stamp set from The Ink Road stamp company called Beautiful Mess.  I just love it!  It’s artsy , it has fun sentiments and images.

I used the images to create a border for my focal image.  I simply stamped them with my MISTI in Altenew Permanent Black ink.

I pulled out a piece of scrap watercolor paper and brushed on some water.  Then I used my Altenew Watercolor Brush Markers to drop some colors onto the wet paper and let the water do the work for the background.

After it dried, I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment in black.  I added a secondary sentiment on a scrap of navy blue and heat embossed it in white.  I added some of the same blue as a mat around my watercolor paper.

I added some black splatters and some clear glitter sparkle pen.  I finished it off with some Neat & Tangled Peacock Feathers sequins mix.

All in all, I had a lot of fun making this card.

I also had a really great experience shopping with The Ink Road stamp company.  I ordered this one stamp set and they sent me a lovely thank you gift that included sequins and a cube of metallic silver ink.  They also sent a nice hand written note and a sticker.

Here is a list of some of the supplies I used for this card:
