Retiring Favorite:  Too Kind!

Here is another stamp set that I’m sad to see retire.  I love this two step stamp set and it’s wonderful sentiments.  It looks fabulous in so many different color combinations.  You can use tone-on-tone or contrasting colors and you’ll get a different look each time.

Stamping Imperfection Too Kind

One of my favorite combinations is Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Wild Wasabi.  It’s a great pop of spring color for a sunny day.

I love the sentiment on this card.  Imagine someone that you know who would be delighted to receive a card like this from you just letting them know that you are thinking of them!  I have to say that it was a long and dreary winter here in the Northeast.  It seems like everyone I know is in a funk just waiting for more than one sunny day in a row.  We are all in need of something to pick up our spirits and what better way than to either send a card or to receive one?!

Card Recipe:

  • Whisper White cut at 4-1/4 x 11″, score and fold at 5-1/2″; one piece cut at 3-3/8 x 4-1/2″
  • Wild Wasabi cut at 3-1/2 x 4-5/8″
  • Melon Mambo cut at 4 x 5-1/4″
  • Inks:  Melon Mambo, Wild Wasabi and Blushing Bride
  • Too Kind stamp set
  • Embellishments:  Rhinestones and Blushing Bride cotton ribbon
