Retrosketches Christmas Blessings

By | 10/10/2016

When I checked out the Retrosketch challenge for the week, I realized that it’s one of my favorite card sketches to use for holiday cards.  Needless to say, I created a Christmas card that would be easy to mass produce and it would also be easy to mail since it doesn’t have a lot of embellishments that would add bulk and require extra postage.

I’ve used the Christmas Pines stamp set in Garden Green for the sentiment and the Pine Boughs embossing folder for the focal image.  There are also real red enamel dots to add a pop of color and interest.  Once again, I’ve created a clean and simple card.

Here is the Retrosketch that I started with:

The Christmas Pines suite also has a thinlets die set that you can purchase as a bundle and save 10% with the stamp set.  There is also designer paper and washi tape.  It’s a great suite of projects!
