Stampin’ Up! Treated Me Like A Star!

Stampin’ Up! treated my like a star this week.

I was greeted at the airport in Salt Lake City by the limo driver holding this sign:

The bag behind it is one of the gifts I found in my room when I arrived.  It contained all of the basic supplies you need to stamp!

Right next to it was a goodie bag filled with goodies from The Sweet Tooth Fairy, which is a favorite bakery at Stampin’ Up!

That evening, we attended an amazing pot luck dinner at Pam Morgan’s house and had our shoebox swap.  I will share those pictures tomorrow!  That was a lot of fun and very relaxing…although, I was exhausted from traveling all day.  It was an evening with friends crafting…what could be better?

The next day we had a tour of the Stampin’ Up! HQ and the warehouse and pick line.  WOW!  So many stamping supplies in one giant place.  Dare I say it…even better than IKEA!

Then we were given a snack and some gifts!

They made us notebooks using My Digital Studio.  We also got a Cherry Cobbler and Basic Gray Stampin’ Write marker.

We also had this box waiting for us:

Inside this I found business cards and my very own photopolymer stamp!

How cool is that?  I love this!!!

I also want to share some clever tag ideas.  If  you have the Star Framelits, you can make your own variations of these tags that came on several of the gifts that I received over the 3 days I was in Utah.

Substitute holiday sentiments and these would be ideal for holiday gift tags!

There were 3 Rising Stars in all this year and it was really wonderful spending so much time with them hearing about how they run their businesses and discovering what makes them so successful.  We got a lot of business training, did a lot of brainstorming and lots of crafting!

I have so much to share with you from my trip!!!  I’ve got a list of videos to make to show you some fun techniques that I learned  that I can’t wait to pass on to you!

That’s me on the left with my fellow Rising Stars:  Vera Milne and Sheri Pearson.  We all have very different businesses, but reached the goals that Stampin’ Up! set for us.  It was wonderful to meet and share ideas with these truly amazing women!

Speaking of amazing women…we had lunch with Stampin’ Up! Co-Founder and CEO, Shelli Gardner and her daughter, Sarah Douglas.  It was like having lunch with a group of old friends!

You can see the bag that Vera has in her hand.  We each received one at lunch that day!  WOW!

Thank you for stopping by today!  It has been an unbelievable week this week.  I’m looking forward to the weekend so I can get some videos made for you!

Have a wonderful day!  If you would like to be treated like a star, consider joining Stampin’ Up! and starting your own business your own way!
