When I finally made a card with all of the gold touches, I had to wonder what I’ve been waiting for! I also have to admit that I don’t think that I would have liked this card as much with the silver!

As I was browsing through the catalog, I realized that I also could have used the Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape. I would have had 3 designs to choose from!
One of everyone’s favorite techniques is heat embossing. I recall learning it in my very first stamping class over 20 years ago! It’s one of those techniques that just fascinates from the first time you see it. I also remember that I ran right out and bought the heat tool and the embossing powder to try it as soon as I got home. I was so disappointed in the results! At the time, I didn’t realize that all embossing powders are not created equally!
I love the results that I get with Stampin’ Up!’s embossing powder! It’s a finer powder that really allows the details of stamps as fussy as this one to show! It doesn’t clump together or cover the entire images. You can emboss tiny details and it looks beautiful!
