I have 3 cards to share using patterned paper and those small stamps that come in your stamp sets.
Aren’t these fun spring cards? I have just been craving color lately so my cards have been brighter and more colorful!
When you have a paper that you love, make it your focal point. Then you simply need to add a sentiment and some embellishments to finish your card.
I also like to add colorful mats to my cards. Adding a slip of color below the patterned paper always seems to make the colors pop.
The second card used the small ladybug stamp to create my own background. I decided to color in a few of the bugs going diagonally across the card. I added a coordinating color of cardstock and a few crown jewel gems to finish it off.
For my final card, I used the front and back of one patterned paper. I also pulled out my 2″ and 2-1/2″ circle punches and used those for the sentiment. Sometimes old tricks do feel like new details when you haven’t used them for a long time!
