Beginner Stamping 101:  Watercolor Backgrounds

Here is a quick and easy way to create a fabulous background with very little supplies required.  I have to be honest…I’m cheap.  I try to cut corners.  I’ve used ordinary card stock to create this type of background, but there is NO COMPARISON to using Watercolor Paper!

What you need:

• Aqua Painter filled with water.  (Leave an air bubble!)
• Paper Towel
• Inks (You can actually use a brush type marker, reinker or an ink pad as your ink supply!)
• Watercolor Paper

Here is another card idea as well.  This one uses a heat embossed sentiment on top of the watercolored background.
