Handmade Designs with Stamping Imperfection

I love the Handmade Designs stamp set that Stampin’ Up! is offering to people who want to become Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators between now and the end of February, 2025.  It has a couple of fun florals and a couple of great sentiments.  I also has a handmade by stamp as well.

I used a couple of techniques on this simple little card.  I used the Direct-to-Stamp technique with my Stampin’ Write Markers.  I used the side of the brush tips of the Old Olive and Melon Mambo markers to add color to my stamp.  This is a great way to add more than one color at a time to an image on your stamp.Stamping Imperfection Handmade Designs

Then I used a small blender brush to add some Pretty in Pink ink just to the center of the flower.  I learned this tip from another demonstrator at a virtual workshop I attended.  What a quick way to add color to an outline image like this one.

Speaking of Stampin’ Write Markers, Stampin’ Up! is offering people who join as a demonstrator during Sale-A-Bration the Handmade Designs stamp set and Two sets of the Stampin’ Write Markers. That is a $91 value!   What a great deal that is in addition to the regular Starter Kit deal where you get to choose $125 dollars’ worth of Stampin’ Up! product for only $99 plus tax.  The kit ships for free.  Another HUGE savings!  This is OPTION 1.

OPTION 2: If you prefer, you could also choose to join with an additional $30 in products of your choice.  So, you would pay $99 plus tax and get to select $155 worth of product.  Shipping is FREE.

I made a second card with the same card layout and the other image in the stamp set.

I used the same techniques on this little image for a quick way to add color to an image!

Stamping Imperfection 2025 Card Templates

This is the card template that I used for the cards.  I’m really liking this layout for quick and easy cards that allow me to use that DSP and a fabulous image together.  I used a 2-1/2″ square for these cards, but you can see that you could easily adjust the size for the image you are using.  You can also change the shape or just use whatever die cut you want as your focal point.

I’m so happy you stopped by today!  Have a great day and I hope you find time to be creative today!
