Hello friends! I can’t believe how fast February is going! It almost ended without me getting the chance to create a quick card with the February Challenge digi from Kinda Cute by Patricia!
I love this Cartoon Grandma digi that Patricia created for the February Challenge! I kept my little scene kind of simple, but I had a lot of fun coloring this one.
My background uses some new inks that I just got from Concord & 9th. I treated myself to a set of their inks when they had them on super sale. I’m so happy that I did that! This is Sorbet and Wheat. I simply ink blended them on and added a simple stencil pattern to the background for a bit more interest.
I printed out the sentiment and the digi with my Brother All-In-One printer and colored the digi with my Copics.
Copic Combinations:
Coat: YR27, 24, 23, 21, R24
Grandma: E11, 53, 50, R 24, 22, B000, W1, W3, W 10, 8, 6, 3
I also used my Brother Scan-n-Cut to cut out the image and popped it on some foam adhesive for some dimension.
