Product Focus: Celebrate Together Scrapbook Workshop Kit Day 6

Finally! This is the last double page layout that I plan to make with this kit. I LOVE the layouts that I made for today from the left-over strips of DSP in the Celebrate Together Scrapbook Workshop kit and the Celebratory Sips Suite of products from Stampin’ Up!

I had various sizes of DSP strips left and happily, there were two of each strip! I created banner ends and attached them to my 12 x 12″ white card stock to create a colorful, rainbow background.

I used the last of the photo mats in the kit backed with some left-over pieces of the Fresh Freesia card stock in the kit. I love having a color mat behind the white photo mat. I will top these with my photos and have that double layer mat behind my photos.

I added one of the journaling boxes from the cut apart sheet and the 3 of the last few stickers and die pieces that I had left in the kit. I also used the Secret Sea cut apart card to created the circles I used to anchor my ephemera cluster. I added some white gel pen details for a whimsical detail.

I did lots of stamping on this layout. I used Pretty in Pink for the little filler flower from the Celebrate Together stamp set. I used Cloud Cover for the splatter dots and for the stamped tabs. I fussy cut out those tabs and stamped some of the sentiments from the stamp set in Secret Sea ink. I added Strawberry Slush embellishments to complete the layout.

My title is stamped from the free Sale-a-Bration stamp set called Documenting the Day. I used Secret Sea ink and Strawberry Slush for the title bits.

The Fresh Freesia arrow sticker is also from the kit. That will be a perfect place to put the date and name of the person in the photo!

I’m so happy that I purchased the Celebrate Together stamp set that coordinates with this kit. It is one of my favorite scrapbooking stamp sets along with Document the Day, that Stampin’ Up! has made. Home run on this one for me!!

I repeated the process for the second part of the double page layout, just flipping it so the banner strips go from left to right here.

I fussy cut out the words, “sip sip” from the left-over title die cut I had left to make it just say “Hooray”. I created more of those stamped and fussy cut tabs with the stamped sentiments from the stamp set.

I had only a couple of floral cluster stickers, a yellow arrow sticker, a leafy die cut and a Secret Sea circle die left to embellish this page. I used it all!

I did more stamping and embellishments to finish my page.

I really enjoyed this kit! I have two sheets of DSP left and two sheets of the Cloud Cover card stock. I have a bunch of strips of card stock and DSP and a few cut apart piece. I plan to make some cards out of the left-over parts.

It feels so good to use an entire kit and to get 12 layouts with it. I spent the entire week playing with this set of products. It was relaxing and I definitely got my money’s worth.

Next week, I will be playing with the Turtle-Y Sweet Scrapbook Workshop Kit and Suite of products.

Use your stuff! Don’t let it sit on a shelf! You spend your hard-earned cash on these products. Use them and enjoy them. New stuff is always coming out. If you’re using your supplies, you can always buy more. If you aren’t using your supplies, should you be buying any more? I can’t justify buying new stuff when I haven’t used what I already have.

Plus…I love creating things with all these pretty supplies!
