Simple Card Making: Splendid Autumn Paper using a Stampin’ Up! Card Template

By | 09/27/2024

The last two Stampin’ Up! catalogs have featured some card templates that everyone is enjoying.  I might refer to them as card sketches or card recipes.

If you don’t have a digital file full of card sketches you’ve been collecting or at least a Pinterest board full of them, I don’t know how you create cards on days you feel uninspired!

I have both!

I used one of the sketches today to create a simple card using the gorgeous new Splendid Autumn 6 x 6″ designer series papers.  This made for a quick and easy card!

Two things you need to create simple cards: beautiful paper and a great card sketch!

My sentiment is from the Simply Said stamp set.  I stamped it in Cajun Craze and used my new Deckled Circle dies to cut it out.

The ribbon is the Blackberry Bliss and Gold Textured Ribbon from the Mini catalog.  Isn’t it a fabulous color?
