I’m down to the last 4 boxes of Stampin’ Up!’s very first Advent Calendar.
I have loved all the goodies so far and I’ve enjoyed creating with them every single day so far.

Today’s gift was 10 double sided 3 x4″ cards and 20 decorative die cuts and tags.
This is side 1 of the tags. I definitely want to create a scrapbook layout using one or two of these cards.

How pretty are these cards? They will also make great cards! How easy is it to take a 3 x4″ card and center it on a card base, then add a focal image and a sentiment and some embellishments?
That’s exactly what I did with my card today! You will see that below.
First, I want to show you the sweet little die cuts that came in the set.
I decided to go with the pinks and the butterfly again today!
You can see that I used two of the die cuts from the kit and one 3 x4″ card to serve as my background. I also used the twine and the gold glitter gems from previous days. Plus…I added one sweet little flower puffy sticker with my sentiment.
I love the sentiments from the stamp set that was included with this calendar. I stamped this one in Secret Sea on a 1-3/8″ circle of white card stock.
This was a quick and easy card and I’m happy with the way it turned out.
