The participants for the June challenge received the Seahorse set of 4 digital stamps for free in their email yesterday! This is a good set! I can’t wait to see what the August set is!
I created two mini slimline cards (about 3 x 6″ in size), with two of the seahorse images from this month’s free set.
For the first card, I created a pink seahorse with one of the sentiments from Patricia’s new Under The Sea sentiment set. I added some beautiful textured specialty paper behind the seahorse to look like water.
You can see how I lined up the sentiments and layers to cut them evenly in the video below.
The second card is a little scene I created using my Copic Markers. You can see this on the video as well.
For this card, I used the new Mini Slimline Modern Embossed Panels and Windows Dies from Trinity stamps.
I like the mini slimline size for a card…the scene is less overwhelming to create!!
