It’s time for a new Saturday Challenge at Three Room Studio!
This week’s theme is to create a clean and simple card.
In my defense, my card started out as a CAS card. I even had it planned in my head as a CAS card. Then I started coloring and playing with crafty things and it got out of hand.
I used a digital stamp set called “Halloween For Mummies“. It has 4 sweet little mummies, a pumpkin and a cat image all for $2.99 Canadian. (Less if you are in the US.)
I love digital stamps. I can be inspired by a card created with a digital stamp and I can purchase it and download it right away. I can start creating while the inspiration is still fresh!
At least one of the other design team members used this set today and her card is truly CAS. We always do an Instagram Hop on Saturday Challenge days. You can start HERE and check out all 5 cards created by the design team today!
Had I stuck to my original plan and kept the card base white, and had I left off the splatter and the gems, this would have been clean and simple.
