What Will You Stamp challenge blog invited me to be a guest stamper this week with the Totally Trees stamp set.
This is a fun, graphic set of trees that you can use for all seasons. The stamp set itself has a ton of individual stamps that give you unlimited possibilities for getting creative!
I tried to keep it clean and simple today with just a few layers. I used the sentiment from Acorny Thank You embossing it in Copper. I’m not loving how the Copper is showing up in the picture on the Early Espresso background. In person, it is much clearer and easier to read.
I do love the color combination that I used here. I have Very Vanilla, Early Espresso and Crumb Cake papers with Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso inks. I stamped the leaves in Crushed Curry using the ink pad and then just pounced the other colors on with the brush end of my markers. I love those markers. It’s just so easy to add bits of random colors.
I also decided to enter this card in the SUO Challenge #160, which is a Fall Fun challenge! Fall is my favorite time of year and I love making cards and home decor items to celebrate the season. The SUO Challenge is for Stampin’ Up! Only materials. I do love my Stampin’ Up! stamping supplies.
I’m attaching the badge that I received for being selected by What Will You Stamp’s blog for their Spooky Fun challenge. Stop by both challenges to check out what other people have come up with using the same stamp sets and themes! I find it fascinating to see all of the creative ideas that people share. They randomly select a winner so it’s not too threatening! You should consider joining some of the challenges and playing along.
Thank you so much for stopping by! If you need stamping supplies, be sure to shop online at mystampingstore.com!
