Make The Cards Challenge: A Sketch Challenge + Zig Real Brush Watercolors

Yay! It’s time for a new challenge at the Make The Cards Challenge and this week it’s a sketch challenge!

I should have picked the size of my circle to use on the vertical card orientation before starting my project. But alas, I didn’t plan that far ahead. So you will see that I turned my card base to a horizontal orientation to fit the image I created.

Isn’t this just the cutest image? This stamp set is from The Rabbit Hole Designs July release. I ordered it as soon as I saw it on my friend Von Marie’s blog!

The set has two great stamp images and the most fun sentiments! In my cart it went! I love ordering from TRHD because they always include some fun sequin mix freebie with a cute rabbit clip. They also included some tea, and a die because they are celebrating their third birthday!! Win-Win!!

I used my Zig Real Brush Watercolor Pens in my favorite way to use them. I used them as if they are my markers and then blend the colors together with an aqua pen. It’s so simple to use them this way. You can see the technique in the video below.
