Digi Stamp Tips and Tricks: Coloring A Cactus

I am playing with a new set of digis from Kinda Cute by Patricia today! This is the Fun Cactus Digital Stamp Set. You can find it on Patricia’s website or on Etsy.

I have a video today to show you what it looks like when I use a Word document and insert photos from my device (computer) into a document and then print them out on my ink jet printer.

I created my own patterned paper today by decreasing the size of one of the cactus images and then copying and pasting it a number of times to create my pattern. I used two larger images for my focal image on each card. I also printed a sentiment in two different sizes from Patricia’s Encouragement Basic Sentiment set.

I really enjoyed creating these cards today! The cactus images are so cute. She has 4 different cacti and then the same images but with faces for whimsical cards! It’s a nice digi set!

For the first card, I created my own patterned paper for the background. I wanted it black and white with my focal image as the pop of color. I used the same image for both the focal image and the background image. I love how this came out!

I actually printed an extra image and the same sentiment in a slightly larger size. I ended up making a second card with it! So many ways to use the digis!!
