Make 2 cards with the effort for 1! I love a good twofer crafting session. Today I am sharing a fancy diagonal fold card with you and you can easily make two cards at once!
This is a fairly quick and easy card layout to create. You will need one piece of colored card stock and some scraps, a piece of white and some scraps, and you will need two pieces of patterned paper.
Paper Dimensions:
White Cardstock: 4 pieces cut at 3-3/4 x 5-1/4″, two of these will be cut diagonally from upper left to lower right corner. You will also need some scraps to stamp your focal image and sentiment on.
Cardstock in a color that coordinates with your patterned paper: Cut at 8 x 11″, score at 4″ then turn 90 degrees and score at 5-1/2. Cut diagonally from upper right to lower left corner.
Patterned Paper: Cut at 3-1/2 x 5″ and cut diagonally from upper left to lower right corner. You will also need some scraps for the backing piece for your focal image and sentiment.
You will end with enough papers cut to create two cards!
I used the Pretty Petals stamp set and the Welcome Spring sentiment set from the Hedgehog Hollow February kit. The patterned papers came in this kit as well.
