I’m just dreaming about spring and playing with the Sheltering Tree stamp set!

I spent a couple of days with my husband at a surfcasting trade show in New Jersey this week. I had a lot of fun meeting his readers and his YouTube subscribers. He was one of the featured speakers at the show. They told us that there were 1100 people at the show and I believe that 1095 of them were men. Just sayin’ single ladies of all ages…get yourself to a surfcasters day! There has to be a couple of keepers in that crowd. (Yes…a fishing pun!)

We ended up driving home in the latest storm and the roads just kept getting worse and worse as we went north and east. Needless to say, I was happy to get home and spend some time in my craft room today!

For my card, I used the thumping technique to add a touch of Blushing Bride ink to my leaves. I wanted to give it a feel of an apple tree with blossoms!
