Another challenge card sketch is available for you to play with on the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge Blog!
Another great sketch for those paper strip scraps you have sitting around. Am I right?!
I always save those little slivers of paper and then never use them. Here was a perfect opportunity!
This is the card I created for this week’s sketch. I can tell you that the cards that the Design Team has to share are stunning! I got a sneak peek at a few of them when I posted mine and I was WOWed!
I used the Full of Life Bundle for my card. I love this paper and the stamp and die set. I used quite a few bits from the stamp and die set here. The colors of this paper are amazing and so fun to play with.
I used 1/4″ strips of card stock scraps for my paper strips. Then I added a 2-3/8″ circle of the same DSP from a scrap I had in the package. My sentiment and two of the ink swipe stamps are stamped on a piece of Basic White punched with my Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.
I did stamp and die cut some stems with leaves and a few of the hearts to decorate the card. It felt busy, but I love it!
What a happy happy birthday card!
I’m also still using those free Sale-A-Bration sequins. I’m on my second package, but they go with everything. Plus, free is my favorite price to pay for stuff!
