Fall and Christmas Cards From A Christmas Die Set!

By | 08/17/2021

I have 4 cards to share today using a fabulous new stand alone die set from Scrappy Tails Crafts called Assorted Christmas Leaves Die Set.

I have enjoyed the Assorted Leaves die set that was released earlier this year, that of course the new winter version went on my list of must haves immediately!

This pine bough and the layered pine cones are my favorite bits in this jam packed die set.  There is so much value in this set and I will use it all through the fall and winter!

I’ve added 2 of the large pine branches and 3 of the pine cones.  There are 2 small ones and one large one here.  I used the sentiment from the Cardinal Blessings stamp set and added some brown splatter and red crown jewel gems to complete the card.

I used Bubblegum Nuvo drops on the ends of this fabulous stem.  I think red drops would have looked great, but alas…I need to order more of those!

I added this stem on top of two of the smaller pine branches and I’m loving how this looks.

I added splatter and red crown jewel gems, along with the same sentiment as the first card.

Isn’t this a fabulous die set?

I know this is a Christmas set, but look how great this fall card looks!  The sentiment is from the Sweet Bear stamp set from Valentine’s Day.

I used scraps of card stock to cut out fall colored leaves.  Again I added splatter and this one got gold crown jewel gems.

I had a nice stack of those leaves, so I created a pile of leaves for a second fall card.  I love when a die set can work for fall and winter occasions.

All of these cards would make great masculine cards.  Add a birthday sentiment and you have a great masculine birthday card!

All of the cards used a craft card stock base cut at 4-1/4 x 11″, and scored and folded at 5-1/2″.  The top panel is vanilla card stock cut at 4 x 5-1/4″.

I kept my color palette simple and I have a ton of extra die cuts in a bowl on my desk to create more cards with!
