I have a Free Autumn Printable for you! Every now and then I enjoy creating a project from the My Digital Studio software and sharing it with you. I like to have an inspirational quote or two hanging in my office and craft room. I also like to change them frequently to keep it interesting!
My Digital Studio (MDS) is a software program that Stampin’ Up! sells for $19.95. You can create cards, postcards, invitaions, scrapbooks, journals, wall hangings (like the one I created today)…you name it! You can print them yourself or you can use Stampin’ Up!s printing services. I created a hard cover journal and had it printed through Stampin’ Up! to use as Christmas gifts last year. This is the perfect time to create them, get them printed and then they are delivered straight to your door and you are all set for the holiday season! Lots of people create their Christmas cards or holiday letters using MDS.

Each week, Stampin’ Up! releases new digital sets that you can purchase. They tend to range in price from free to $29.95 or so. They release digital papers, stamps, embellishments, kits…you name it! They never expire! Once you purchase them, you have them forever. You can also re-download things if you get a new computer or if you have computer issues. That’s a wonderful thing. They keep a digital file of what you have purchased and you can go back in and re-download it if you need to. How convenient is that?
MDS comes with a huge amount of digital card making and scrapbooking files that you can keep using over and over. Once you have the program and the basic sets, you can add to your collection and make all kinds of projects. I especially enjoy making hybrid projects. For example, I will create a scrapbook page and print the title or print out a journaling box to attach to my page. You can also create a card front and attach it to a piece of card stock and add your own embellishments.
I find that if I print my creations on card stock, it often looks like I actually stamped it. It’s one way to get one stamp image that you like if you don’t love the entire stamp set! The digital version is less expensive and can be resized to any size that you want your image to be!
