Do you usually buy full sized stamp sets?
I’ve started focusing on smaller stamp sets. There is a whole world of 3 x 4″ stamp sets out there that are perfect for creating sets of cards. It’s amazing how many different layouts you can make with just one image and one sentiment.
I’ve created one quick card today because I was trying to create a card in under 5 minutes.
I got this little stamp set for free. I signed up for the VIP text messages from Scrapbook.com and they sent me a text with an offer for a free We R Memory Keepers 6 x 8″ Scoreboard. I decided to place a small order for some adhesive that I needed and I also checked the coupon tab of the website where they were offering this stamp set for free. I added both freebies to my cart and was delighted to start playing with them yesterday when they arrived!
Card Recipe:
Card Base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2″, score at 4-1/4
Card Front: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2″
Inks: Altenew Iceberg, Altenew Permanent Black Ink
Stamp Set: Penguin Thank You from Hero Arts
Other: Neenah Classic Crest Cover Cardstock, Elizabeth Crafts sticky tape, Studio Katie Majestic Fusion Sequins, Misti, Scoreboard, paper trimmer, Ranger Multi Media Matte glue
When I went to create the product list with the links, this stamp set is not available for purchase so I linked other cute penguin stamp sets you might be interested in. (I’ve got that Stamping Bella one on my wish list now!)
Here is the video that I created to share my quick card and a few useful tips!
