I LOVE these kinds of challenges. This really is a challenge!
I used a slimline stencil with the Maker Forte Rah Rah Skirt neon pink ink. I didn’t stencil the entire image in pink. I left the tips free so I could color those with the Acid Wash neon blue ink which gave me a purple where the pink and blue met.
I also used my Color Hive Clear over the of the stenciled image since I had not yet removed the stencil. Then I added some Neptune Kaleidoscope Powder to give the stenciled image a beautiful sheen.
The sheen and sparkle is always hard to capture with a camera, but here you can see the sheen on the flowers and the sparkle in the glitter paper I used with my Catherine Pooler Happy Birthday die.
Quick and simple card, but lots of sparkle and shine!
