I’ve been working on my technique album the last few day and I’ve already got 22 technique cards created for the album. I do one technique and that reminds me of several more I want to include in my album! I’m going to need a second album to preserve all of them!
This week’s Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge is a lovely sketch!
So many ideas and stamp sets came to mind when I saw this sketch! It’s so perfect for highlighting the pretty stamps and dies we have~!
Since I’ve been working on techniques, I thought I’d share a card using the technique I will be sharing in my next technique video. I remade my snowbanks and snowfall effect video after 11 years!
Isn’t this pretty?
This is the simplest way that I have found with my experimenting to create that beautiful snowfall effect. Use a splatter stamp and heat emboss it in white embossing powder. Ink blend your sky and snowbanks. Finish off your card with a beautiful everygreen tree stamped a couple of times!
I used the Frosted Forest stamp set, along with the Greetings of the Season stamp and die bundle. I LOVE that die bundle!! T
The Greetings of the Season die bundle is one of those TIMELESS bundles. Long after it retires from Stampin’ Up!’s product line, I will still be using it to make gift tags and embellishments for my scrapbook layouts!
