I loved this little digi as soon as I saw it. I was looking through my stash for a Happy New Year sentiment and couldn’t find one. I settled on the Happy Hour Starts Now sentiment!
I added some blue color to this foiled specialty paper I had in my stash. You can see I pulled out my old star punch and used it on some glitter paper. I wanted this little guy to be a bit more entertaining and festive!
