This week’s Make The Cards Challenge is a slimline sketch challenge!

Make the Cards Challenge 30

As I’m looking at the sketch now, it’s not exactly for a slimline!

Oh well!!  It works great for a slimline card…check it out:

Make the Cards Challenge 30

I used things sitting on my desk to create this.  I had this pretty roll of Washi tape that I used to create the vertical lines.  I had a package of ephemera that I pulled the circular element from and the sentiment was already cut and in my bowl of extra die cuts and sentiments all ready to go.

Even the sequins were in my little cup!

I cut the card base at 7 x 8-1/2″ and scored it at 3-1/2″, the Rose Chintz cardstock is cut at 3-1/4 x 8-1/4″, the white card front is cut at 3 x 8″.

This was very quick to put together because I used ready made stuff from my stash!

Such a fun card, great use of the tidbits in your stash! I need to do this, as my bins are overflowing of little bits!
