Need A Quick Yet Cute Christmas Card?

By | 12/05/2012

If you need a very cute, but quick Christmas card, try this one!

I can’t stop using these two colors together!  I know you’re probably looking for color variety, but WOW! I am loving this combination.  This project went together really fast.  I can see myself making a small gift tag with this little 3D tree on it.  I’m not sure if you can tell from this photo, but the tree is 3D!

Links and Project Instructions:

Stamp Sets:  Pennant Parade (#122742), the sentiment set is a retired set but the Curly Cute set (#120510) would work great here too. It was one long sentiment and I used a masking technique to cover one word with a post it, ink up the other word, remove the post it and then stamp the first work.  Clean the stamp and repeat the process with the other word and stamp it where you want it.  No need to stamp it in one long line!  I will do a Two Minute Quick Tip video on this tomorrow!

Papers and Inks:  Raspberry Ripple, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip and Gumball Green card stock and ink.  In Color Designer Series Paper (#126910)

Accessories:  Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon (#126848), Petite Pennant Builder Punch (#122361) used to stamp and punch two pieces which were scored down the middle and then snailed together and attached to the card, Apothecary Accents Framelits (#127003), Big Shot (#113429), brads and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I’m offering a special for December!  Anyone who places an order of $50 or more in my online store will receive a sheet of Stampin’ Dimensionals as a thank you from me!  I send all of my customers a handmade thank you card every time they order.  If you place an order of $50 or more in my online store by December 31, 2012, you will receive a sheet of Stampin’ Dimensionals tucked inside your thank you card!

Happy stamping!
