The Painted Blooms designer series paper and coordinating Painted Petals stamp set truly elicits feelings of spring!
Of course it’s snowing, icy and ridiculously cold here today so I needed to dream about warmer weather and sunny days. I just assumed you may be in need of a sunny card, so I’m sharing this with you today.
The Painted Blooms DSP is no doubt one of the prettiest paper sets that Stampin’ Up! has. I was told that the designer of this paper series was painting and created this paper. Everyone loved the painting so they turned it into this paper! It’s most beautiful sheet is shown framed in the catalog.
The paper is so pretty, it’s really hard to cut it up! But ohhhh, I love it on the card!
I’ve used just one sheet here. The designer series paper is two sided with the pretty flowers on one side and the great stripes on the other side.
Isn’t it fabulous how the stamp set coordinates with the paper and has the same dreamy look? Don’t you love the sentiment?
I bet you can think of someone who deserves a card with this sentiment. Love it, love it, love it!
I used this week’s Paper Craft Crew sketch to make this card.
I used my Blendabilities to color the pearls with the daffodil delight marker to coordinate with my ribbon. I love that little touch. It’s so quick and easy and just gives you one more little pop of color.
