The Saturday Challenge at Three Room Studio is all about vellum!

There are lots of ways to use vellum on a card, but today I will be using just a hint of it for my sentiment and embellishments.

For this card, I’ve used the Let’s Hygge stamp set for the mug full of goodness and the Aww, Thanks stamp set for the sentiments.

The Let’s Hygge is full of all kinds of little images you can add to your cards to create that cozy, snuggle in for the cooler weather feeling.

I also used two of the new stencils.  I love this Rounded Checkerboard stencil that I used for the tablecloth.  The Heart Ray Quarter stencil is turned to look like the hearts are coming from the cup.

I used some new fabulous Color Hive ink pads from Maker Forte to give this a fall feel.  I used the Grand Canyon brown,  Red Leicester, and English Mustard to create this fall feel.

You can see that I simply tore the vellum, stamped my sentiment directly on to the vellum and then added my secondary sentiment right below it.  I finished off my card with 3 Outrageous Crown Jewel Gems.

The vellum helps to tone down the bottom of the card so that the cup and the hearts remain the focal image.
