Today we are having a YouTube hop to feature the tools of papercrafters! That’s right…there are materials and tools we use to make all of our creations and nobody ever sees them! The silent heroes of papercrafting!
We partnered up with Amy from ScraPerfect to learn about all the fabulous products that she has and we got a chance to try a few of them out thanks to Amy’s generosity!

MY PROJECT AND VIDEO:
We have created videos of projects using ScraPerfect products to share our experiences with you…just in case you have not discovered this little craft store and all of it’s goodies.
I used the Best Glue Ever, the No Clog Cap, The Best Cleaner Ever, Embellie Gelli, the Perfect Cleaning Cloth, the Wheel of Embellies, and the Tiny Tall Tube of Embellies on this project. The only thing you can see is the embellies. The little pink gems and hearts are the little embellishments from ScraPerfect.
All of the other tools I used in the process of making the card, but you can’t see them!
I also used a stamp and stencil from Sassy & Crafty, along with some Sugar Sparkle Glitter from Maker Forte. Those you can see!
I used the Never Grow Up stamp set from Sassy & Crafty to create the girl, butterfly, and bee. I used the Coronation Purple Sugar Sparkle Glitter from Maker Forte with the Star and Moon Stencil 2 Pack from Sassy and Crafty as well.
To add the glitter, I used the Best Glue Ever and spread it over the stencil with a small paint brush which I cleaned with the Best Cleaner Ever. I poured the glitter on and let it dry while I created the other pieces.
Once everything was dry, I brushed off the excess glitter with the Perfect Cleaning Cloth. This was my favorite product of all of them. It did a nice job cleaning up the excess glitter from the project. Then I added some of the little gems in the Wheel of Embellies to my project with the No Clog Writing Cap and the Best Glue Ever.
I used the glue to attach my colored girl and critters, and I used it to glue my paper layers together to complete my card. The sentiment was also added with the glue.
The stencil was probably not the best choice of stencils for this particular glitter technique because it had a lot of small openings. All in all, I thought the technique worked well. I will definitely try it again.
I showed only a few things that you can do with this glitter. For more ideas, you can visit the ScraPerfect YouTube Channel!
