Scrapping 4 Fun Challenge: Anything Goes With Washi

By | 09/02/2021

My Scrapping 4 Fun Challenge project for this week features some of my new FAVORITE Scrappy Tails Crafts products!

The challenge for this two week period is an anything goes challenge with Washi tape.

The sponsor challenge for this week is Dies R Us.

This seemed like a perfect project to create a Christmas gift tag using the Cardinal Blessing Stamp Set from Scrappy Tails Crafts.  This stamp set is so beautiful.  As soon as I saw it, I made it my goal to get on the Scrappy Tails Crafts design team.

I used some of Altenew’s wide washi tape.  That gold tape with the black polka dots is so pretty on almost every color of card base you can imagine!

I feel like the metallic Washi adds quite a festive flare for the background of my image.  Isn’t that image fabulous?!

I colored in the birdhouse scene with my Copics and then fussy cut it out.  There are coordinating dies for this which I don’t have.  (I had too many things on my wish list and had to make some cuts!  Sadly, the coordinating dies are almost always the first thing I remove from my cart.)

I also added die cuts from the Assorted Christmas Leaves die set from Scrappy Tails Crafts.  These are leftover bits from my Gratitude advent calendar project which you will see later today in a video!

I hope you enjoy my project share for today.  I think I enjoy make Christmas tags almost as much as I do making Christmas cards.
