The Star Stampz Challenge for this month is to create a winter card that is not a Christmas card!
For this month’s challenge, I selected the Polar Bear digital stamp from the Star Stampz Etsy Shop.
So I clearly forgot that this was called Polar Bear when I was coloring it! I made the little critter a puppy or cat! He’s definitely the wrong color for a polar bear!!!
To get the snow look and to keep it looking white, I added touches of Booo and C0 along the edges and the star details on the igloo. You have to actually add a small amount of color to keep the snow looking white. It’s amazing how that works!
I turned this into a slimline card simply by extending the snow and the sky horizontally to fill the paper. A very sweet image to color!
