This month’s Star Stampz is all about using buttons, bows or flowers!
For this month’s challenge, I selected the Sunday Best digital stamp from the Star Stampz Etsy Shop.
How sweet is this girl in her Sunday best?
I gave her a backdrop of some pretty patterned floral paper that I had in my stash since one of the challenge theme details is flowers.
I added some Baker’s twine with a bow to add another challenge theme element.
You can also see that I used a die cut doily that I created from Catherine Pooler’s Large Doily die. I think it is a perfect way to keep my girl in the blue dress from getting lost in the blue florals of the patterned paper.
I added a premade sentiment strip from some of the Simon Says Stamp sentiment strips I have in my stash. I snipped it into 3 parts and added it to the card front to make it more interesting.
Of course…my final touch is 3 gold Crown Jewel Gems! No card is complete without my favorite new bling!
