This month’s theme for the Star Stampz Challenge is an encouragement or friendship theme. As always, it is an anything goes challenge, so I created an art journal layout!

I really enjoyed creating this. I decided to make an encouragement spread in my traveler’s notebook layout for myself. I used the Dennis digi from the Star Stampz shop on Etsy. This was colored with my Copic markers and then cut out with my Brother Scan-n-Cut.
I pulled out some stencils from my stash and some distress oxides. This project gave me the opportunity to pull out a couple of stamps that I haven’t used in a while as well. You can see that I was in the mood for color and distressing tags. There are lots of sentiment strips that I pulled out as well. I added some reinker to some modeling paste and added some texture to my pages with lots of bright blue and green color.
