Sale-A-Bration Starts Today!

By | 01/04/2017

I’m using one of the free stamp sets that you earn during Sale-A-Bration to create a clean and simple thank you card for today’s Paper Craft Crew sketch challenge.

Today is the first day that you can order from the Occasions Catalog and for every $50 you spend, you can select one free item from the Sale-A-Bration brochure!!

For my first free item from the SAB brochure, I selected this fabulous thank you sentiment set called So Very.  I love the giant script thank you and the nice selection of tiny sentiments that you can add below it to complete the sentiment!

I had to keep the card simple and eliminate some parts of the sketch.  I’m almost completely done packing up my craft room.  I’ve kept out only the bare minimum that I will need to stamp for the next couple of weeks.

I have to confess to being completely exhausted from this entire moving ordeal.  It feels like the pieces are never all going to fall into place so we can actually move.  I just want to get settled and be done with this entire fiasco!

What we were thinking when we decided to buy a different house and sell the one we raised our kids in, I’ll never quite know.  It’s months of waiting for paper work, cleaning, packing and so forth.

It felt good to sit down and stamp today!  Thank goodness for a creative outlet that allows us to step away from the stresses of the day!

Here is the Paper Craft Crew Sketch that I started with today:

    Hi Kim,
    Happy New Year!
I really like the font of this thank you. I tend to use smaller stamps but I love the way this card turned out! Hope your move goes smooth and you have no regrets. Once you get in and decorate it will feel like home. And you have a craft room to set up. Lots of luck.

Anita! Happy New Year! So far the only regret is the stress this has added to our lives waiting for all the T’s to be crossed! Ugh! Soon! I am really looking forward to making it our own and downsizing to something that doesn’t feel like an empty cave without the kids! Thank you for stopping by!
