The Simon Says Stamp August card kit was another fun kit. It is all about summer! There were 2 stamp sets this month and the usual patterned paper, cardstock, envelopes, sticker sheets, and enamel ant embellishments! I always feel like this is a great value for my money. It is one of the few monthly craft kits that I still get and plan to continue to receive. I like that even though I’m a subscriber, they send a monthly invoice and if the kit preview looks like something that just isn’t me, I don’t have to get it that month. It’s my choice!
I used the larger of the two stamp sets called Hello Sunshine to create my card for this week’s Paper Craft Crew Challenge. This week’s challenge is a theme challenge: Vacation Paradise.
I live in a place people flock to during the summer and fall. It is a vacation paradise and I’m doing the staycation thing anyway. I don’t feel the need to escape a place that has beaches and parks I can walk to and ride my bike to and that also has a private swimming pool in the back yard. Plus…there is that great room filled with craft supplies!
How fun is this?!
