New October Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge

By | 10/05/2026

Can you believe that it’s October already?

Time definitely goes much faster when you are retired and your days are your own.  Before I know it, it’s late afternoon and it’s time to eat dinner.  I get lost in my hobbies during the day and it is delightful!  I wish days like this on everyone everywhere!

Here is the sketch I had fun playing with today:atlantic hearts sketch challenge

This one felt like a thinker for a minute…then I remembered the Radiant Foils DSP from the fall Stampin’ Up! catalog.  The metallic foil is pretty subtle.  You have to twist it in the light to see the metallic sheen.

I used a Mossy Meadow card base and some premade ephemera pieces.  The leafy wreath is from the Harvest & Holly Mix and Match Specialty Ephemera Pack just released by Stampin’ Up!  The sentiment is from an older retired sentiment ephemera set.

I added some Linen Thread and some Metallic Embellishments.  I was happy to pull out the metallic embellishments.  Over the summer, I stocked up on linen thread and metallic embellishments specifically for fall crafting.  I love adding both details to my projects.

Quick and easy card with lots of bling!

Check out this week’s Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge and play along with us!  We always love to see what you create!

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy Fall Y’all!
