I absolutely love the pennant trend in scrapbooking and card making lately. I couldn’t resist combining a few trends in my scrapbook pages for today. Here you see the pennants on the line, the banners and one image.
Ordinarily when I make a page, I put at least 3 pictures on each page. The scrapbooking trends of the day generally have a lot of empty space with just one photo featured on the page. Empty space has never been something I’ve embraced. My daughter would point to my home decorating style as evidence of this as well!
The pages are created on a 12 x 12″ pool party background. I have used Comfort Cafe, Print Poetry and InColor Designer Series Papers. All are retiring on June 3!!!!
I’ve also used whisper white card stock and early espresso ink. The sentiment is from a set that will be in the new 2013-2014 catalog that is coming out on May 31!!! Stay tuned for new and exciting stamp sets, papers, accessories and colors!!
