Finding Inspiration With Stampin’ Up!

By | 07/07/2013

The internet is an amazing source of inspiration and information.  I love how we can now share ideas with people from all over the world!  If you are looking for something, you can no doubt find it using the internet.  I find Youtube and Pinterest fascinating.  What a great way to share a how-to with other people.  You never know what little nugget of information that you know will be useful to someone somewhere else.

There are tons of crafting ideas out there if you have time to search for them, along with an unbelievable amount of information on how to do any crafting technique that you are looking for!  I’m hoping my card inspires you today!

My inspiration was from Pinterest!  I actually decided to look through the board of cards that I pinned last summer (about time, no?) and I was inspired by a card I saw there.  Of course, I didn’t have the stamp sets, the papers or the embellishments in the original card, but the sketch worked for some stamp sets and papers I did have!

I love your color combo and the layout is very lovely. I really like the simply sketched stamp set but I think that lovely flower looks best with the green stem with…after all, most flowers have some leaves of some kind and so it just looks betta IMHO. Great job. Also, I really like the summer starfruit used as the background script.
