Two Options for the Top Note Bigz Die
How cute are these gift card holders? I just love them! I received the Top Note Bigz Die for free with a product order a couple of weeks ago and I ran amok playing with it today. So many possibilities! I have no self control! The two gift card holders above are both made with Not Quite Navy card stock. The tag on the left is made by creating a fold and then placing the paper on the Bigz Die so the fold doesn’t get cut. I made a video below for you to see this technique. I used Snow Much Fun stamped in Basic Gray and colored in with my Stampin’ Write Markers. The Merry Christmas is from the Sassy Salutaions stamp set. I love the whimsy of the lettering in that stamp set!
The second tag is made with two notes scored at 3 1/2″ and attached together with sticky strip. The circle at the top is made with the 1 1/4″ Scallop Circle Punch and the 3/4″ Circle Punch. The stamped image is from the Tags Til Christmas set colored with my markers. I finished that off with some taffeta ribbon. I really loved this project. I couldn’t stop!
Yet more top note gift and treat holders!
Was I kidding? No! They also make great toppers for treat bags as well. What a great little stocking stuffer or gift for a coworker. Fill a cello bag with homemade cookies or nice chocolates (yes…Hershey kisses count as nice chocolates!) and you’ve got an inexpensive, yet thoughtful gift.
