Today’s Paper Craft Crew challenge is an inspiration challenge. It’s all about fall and nature.
As of today, not one single tree has changed color on the East End of Long Island. I’m telling you that every single deciduous tree is still green. We’re supposed to have a giant Nor’easter this weekend and all the leaves will get ripped off the trees by the wind leaving us with no glorious autumn colors. Hence my card!
The paper is from Echo Park’s Celebrate Christmas 6 x 6″ pack and I got it from Kat Scrapiness. I will put the link below.
The deer is from Altenew’s Modern Deer stamp set and the sentiment is from the Birch Land sentiment also by Altenew. The sequins are Neat & Tangled Snowfall Sequin Mix. I heat embossed the sentiment in the Nuvo Copper Blush. It’s quite a pretty embossing powder for fall.
It was a quick card to put together. I used Altenew’s Rocky Shore and Espresso inks for the deer.
I used this week’s Paper Craft Crew challenge for the inspiration:
We have a family of 7 deer that wander around our neighborhood eating all the vegetation so this seemed like an appropriate card for this challenge!
I’m also participating in the Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge for this week which is PLAID!
I’ve created a video tutorial for this card:
