Stamping On Patterned Paper

Stamping directly on to patterned paper.  Say, “What?”…

That’s what I said!  Go ahead and stamp directly on to that beautiful patterned paper.  It will be fabulous!

Stamping on patterned paper

This paper will be available at mystampingstore.com on June 1.  This is the Pop of Pink Designer Specialty Paper from Stampin’ Up!  I selected this particular pattern because it was a tiny pattern in a monochomatic color.  Nothing crazy going on here!

I LOVE this stamp set.  This is the Layering Love stamp set, also available on June 1.  It has 4 great sentiments and two teeny images.  As you can see, these are big and bold sentiments.  The script is beautiful and the sentiment alone makes quite a statement.

I added a touch of thick baker’s twine in the new Melon Mambo available on June 1.  I really do love my ribbons and twines on my cards.  You can see that I added some bling as well with 3 rhinestones just to add some sparkle.

Card Recipe:

  • Melon Mambo cut at 4-1/4 x 11″, score and fold at 5-12″
  • Basic Black cut at 3-3/4 x 5″
  • Pop of Pink Designer Specialty Paper cut at 3-1/2 x 4-3/4″
  • Melon Mambo Thick Baker’s Twine
  • Basic Black ink
  • Rhinestone Jewels
  • Layering Love stamp set

Here is a video tutorial for this card:
