Clean And Simple Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge

By | 06/25/2019

Just a quick post today to share my design team card for the Paper Craft Crew challenge.  This is a 2 week challenge and it is a tic-tac-toe challenge.

I worked an extra 5 hours today grading state exams for my students, so I need a quick and easy clean and simple card.  I chose to select my diagonal using the floral-die cut-favorite color straight down the middle.

I’ve used Catherine Pooler’s Coral Cabana ink with her Bloomin’ Bouquet stamp and die set.  I heat embossed the top image using WOW’s Black Magic embossing powder that I got from CP’s store.  The sentiment is from Altenew’s Many Thanks stamp set, which is a must have set for any stamping stash!

I added some pearls and some white splatter and called it a day.  Honestly, it’s time for a little glass of wine!

You can see the Black Magic embossing powder actually has some metallic elements in it.

I really found this to be an interesting embossing powder. I always love to add a metallic or sparkly element to my cards and this was a fun way to do it.
