It’s Time To Make The Gift Bags, Tags, And Gift Card Holders!

It’s time to start making the gift bags, tags and gift card holders if you haven’t already!

Needless to say, Christmas is looming and you want those last minute craft makes to be as quick and easy as possible!

I started with some pre-colored digital images, dollar store gift bags, and some pretty foiled card bags from my stash.  It was easy from there thanks to my crafty tools!

I started the week playing with the interactive card maker die set called See You In The Center from TLC Designs.  I used the TLC Designs Snow Family Fun Tree Digital Stamp Set to create the images that I could move around.  The top project is a gift card holder in a pretty foil sleeve that I have had in my stash forever.   I created the interactive piece that is attached to the top of the sleeve.  The snow folks move apart and together when you slide the dial.

The bottom one is actually a card!  The snowwoman’s hat flies off her head when you move the dial and then slides back down in place!  I have a video showing the construction of that card!  You can see that below.

Here is another card and tag set that I just find adorable!  The card and tags feature the snow baby from the same digital set.  The card uses a scrap piece of pretty patterned card stock that looks like snowfall with a night sky.  The snow banks are created with the TLC Designs Land and Sea die set.  This is one of my favorites and I can’t stop using it!  I pulled out one of my old tag punches to create the pretty top of the tag.  I added the “To and From” to my Word document using a text box before I printed so all I had to do was print, cut them out, punch them with the tag, add some twine, and I added some “snow” to ground them with a marker.  I have a second video to show how quick and easy this is! (That will go live on Monday!)

My final project was a gift bag.  I used the same digital stamp set and the See You In The Center die set, but only the larges and smallest mat pieces.  That die set has endless possibilities for how you can use it!

This was so simple!  I got a 2 pack of gift bags from the dollar store for a dollar.  The top green mat was leftover from making the top interactive card.  I printed a page full of the snow people and used my Brother Scan-n-Cut to cut them out.  I just die cut one of the larger die pieces from this die set for the bottom mat and attached everything together.  I added a premade sentiment and some sequins from my Hip Kit Club kit for this month and a little twine and a charm completed this project in no time at all!
