Happy International Women’s Day!

I’m participating in this year’s International Women’s Day Blog Hop and Linky Party!

Today is a celebration of all women around the world and the qualities that that describe us.  We are taking a step toward women empowerment by being positive, encouraging, and uplifting to each other via our papercrafts!  The love for crafting binds us together today!  A little kindness goes a long way, so we are shining and sharing the warmth today!

Women supporting women!

I selected this image because I’ve always felt that the most important thing I’ve done in my life is to raise two amazing people.  Those days when I was working while taking care of my family and our home were exhausting, and many days I wondered if I was enough.  Was I doing everything I could?  Was I doing everything everyone needed me to do?  Was I enough?

Whether you work outside your home or whether you work from home as the primary caretaker of  your family and home, you’ve probably had days where you felt this way too.

I’m here to tell you that YOU ARE ENOUGH!  You just do your best for the moment you are in.  Do your best for today.  It isn’t always going to be perfect, but at the end of the day you can remember that you really did your best.  You are enough!

After 31 years of teaching and 29 years of mothering, I can tell you that the most important thing you can do for your family is to let them know they are loved.

I totally agree with the theme of your card, Moms need to be told they are enough..they are most taken for granted member of our family .When actually they the ones who bind the family together.Loved your choice of image and you colored it beautifully.Wr are so glad to see you joining our linky party. Thanks for all the love and support ,
